Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all domestic orders. This is a limited time offer. Free Shipping includes US destinations only. Please be advised that all orders are shipped via USPS. If you are not home at time of delivery, a notice will be left to arrange a second delivery attempt, otherwise you will have 15 days to retrieve the package at your local Post Office before it is mailed back to us.
For our Canadian and foreign customers we have recently updated our shipping rate system to give you the absolute lowest rate on shipping possible.

International Customers

Please ensure your billing and shipping addresses match. We DO NOT accept international Credit Cards for domestic orders. We are not able to provide destination country tax and duty charge if occurred. We do not ship to Canada or other destinations outside the U.S. if orders include perfume and fragrance.

Return Policy

All listings are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of any merchandise you receive or the item was not as described, we will gladly refund your payment in full for those pieces returned within 30 days of delivery, but we reserve the right to refund shipping and handling charges for any other reason. Non-defective item returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If you return merchandise under Perfume & Fragrance category, please return it in its original unopened condition within 30 days of delivery. Otherwise, you will be charged a 30% restocking fee.
